Juris Doctor University of Toledo 1983
Mr. Hack received his preparatory education at Ohio
University (B.S. 1979). From there, he attended the
University of Toledo School of Law, graduating in 1983. From
1983 to 1987 he served as an Assistant Attorney General for
the State of Ohio where he received a Certificate of
Distinguished Service from the Ohio Attorney General. As an
Assistant Attorney General he litigated numerous matters
before Administrative Agencies, State Courts of General
Jurisdiction as well as the Ohio Court of Appeals and
Supreme Court.
In 1987, Mr. Hack relocated to San Diego and began working
in private practice an associate with Dyer & Walton, a local
defense firm. In 1991 he became a shareholder and the firm
was renamed. Mr. Hack joined Farmer Case Hack & Fedor as a
partner in 2006.
Mr. Hack is a member of the San Diego Defense Lawyers
Association, the American Bar Association, the San Diego Bar
Association and a Master in the American Inns of Court. He
is an approved Arbitrator for the San Diego County Superior
Courts. He is a frequent lecturer on medical-legal and EMS
issues throughout Southern California and is “AV” rated by
Martindale Hubbell. Mr.
