Background
Juris Doctor William S Boyd School Of Law 2006
B.A. Southern Utah University 1998
Ms. Holbert was born and raised
in Cedar City, Utah. She even attended the local
university, graduating from Southern Utah University with a
Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1998. Never
a fan of the cold and snowy Southern Utah winters, Ms.
Holbert finally convinced her husband to move to hot and
sunny Las Vegas in 2002. After moving to Las Vegas, she
learned that the University of Nevada, Las Vegas had
recently opened a law school. So she applied, was accepted
and graduated in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Holbert
clerked in-house and also with a civil litigation firm
specializing in developer representation in construction
defect litigation.
Ms. Holbert has two sons,
Jace and Zacari, and while most of her free time is consumed
by them and their sports and school activities, in whatever
time she has left after them, she enjoys reading, home
improvement projects, traveling and spending time with
friends and family.
